Most Used Excuses For Not Exercising

The excuses people use when they do not want to take care of their bodies are several. Below we will take a look at the most important ones and see what really stays behind them. Also, you will see that none of these excuses are plausible.

One of the most used excuses for not doing something, not only for not exercising or being constant with the fat burning program is the lack of time. Have you ever thought that there are people much busier then you are who are making time in their schedule for at least 45 minutes of exercising per day? Think about all those businessmen, governors and even presidents who reserve some time for exercising every day. And if you still are not convinced, take a look at your schedule. How much time do you spend in front of the TV or listening to music? Why not use that time and do two things at once: exercise and watch TV or listen to music. You are never too busy to exercise if you really want it.

The second very popular excuse for not exercising is the financial issue. When talking about exercising, most people think at high cost fitness machines or expensive sessions at the gym. Well, guess what, you can exercise for free. You can do that by jogging in the park, cycle, walk or do simple exercises at home, with no special machine. And if you really want to invest in something, buy a rope. Jumping the rope can do wonders for your body and it is not as expensive as a fitness machine. Now, am I right when saying that you do not need money to radically transform your body? You bet I am! The exercises I have suggested are free and highly efficient, so think twice before using this excuse again.

The last excuse on our list is probably the least plausible of all. I have heard many people saying that there is no point in starting a diet or doing fat burning exercises because they will never be thin. The reason: their genetics. It is true that for some time it was believed that people inherited the predisposition of getting fat. This meant that if your parents were fat you will be fat for all your life as well. But let me tell you something, scientists have discovered that there is nothing true in this belief. The way in which you look is only 5% influenced by your genetics, while your lifestyle plays the most important role in the amount of fat your body accumulates. So get rid of all your prejudices and start doing the right thing for your body.

I am sure that you have at least once considered using one or more of the above listed excuses. But now it is high time you knew that no excuse can make up for the way you look. Fat is a thing which affects not only the way you look, but your health too. This is why you should take measures and start a fat burning program right now!
